in other words, the resulting image will match the look and color of the BEST version, though it is limited by the level of detail in the mpg version.

for revision 2, the neural network used was TFDAT (Temporal FDAT), which is able to reduce compression artifacts which take place over several frames. There were manual adjustments and additions from other video sources, fixing artifacts inherent to the original mpg capture.

Until a higher quality capture becomes available, or there is an improvement in super resolution technology, this will be the final revision.
